📦 Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.
⏱ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
• Processing Time: 1–2 business days for order verification, packing, and logistics.
• Shipping Time: Transit time once the carrier has picked up your order.
➡️ Please note: Processing and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time includes both. On average, orders are completed within 3–5 business days (processing + shipping).
⚠️ Delayed Delivery
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, or seasonal demand.
• During holiday seasons (November–December) or promotional events, shipping may take longer.
• If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed.
• Processing Time usually begins within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (this includes order verification, packing, and transfer to the carrier).
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at team@cozellahome.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded. Please note that a payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) will be deducted from the refund.
👉 This fee is not imposed by Cozella Home, but rather charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time your payment is authorized.
